Location: All U.S. orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Reno, Nevada.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery of regular shipping time is 6-12 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $215 (US dollars) to the US, Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Taxes: The price you see is the price you pay. All applicable taxes are included in the product prices, so there are no additional tax charges at checkout. You can shop with confidence knowing that the listed price is all-inclusive.

Customs: We understand that international shipping can sometimes involve complex customs procedures. Vitaloop will assist with all the necessary documentation or requests to help ensure your order clears customs as smoothly as possible. If there are any issues or additional information required by customs, we will actively support you in addressing these matters.

Global Shipping: We currently ship worldwide. Please note, shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Vitaloop is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages done by the customs inspections.
